I wanted to post this here too!!! Details for: The Red Lily Design Team Casting Call The Red Lily is searching for 3 to 4 talented individuals to join our already talented design team. Submissions will be accepted from February 1 until February 28, 2006. All submissions are due by midnight EST on Feb 28. The new team members will be notified via e-mail and announced on or before March 15, 2006. The Red Lily is a new monthly kit club with a rapidly growing community. We want our design team members to inspire our members and lurking scrapbookers alike to embrace their creative souls and join us. We are looking for team members with versatility and creativity whether it’s simple, playful, elegant, intense, sleek or funky. Expectations: Each team member will be required to: *submit 6 projects per month (projects similar to what's being asked of for the application) *limit yourself to only using monthly kit products with the exception of a few additinal products with every project design *all project designs must be new and original *all project designs will need to be done within a 7-10 day span, we are working hard to stretch this span as we become more established * must have the ability to scan all layouts and cards & take digital photos of altered projects, all should be of high quality *be active in our message board community and gallery to make it a fun, exciting and creative place to be *submit articles for our upcoming newsletter *add our blinkies to all of your online siggys (if allowed) *refer others to participate in our community & join our monthly kit club *Life can sometimes throw us a few unexpected curve balls, if there is a time or 2 when life gets so busy that you may need to "pass" on receiving a kit it is acceptable with prior notice to us. *If selected, you agree to participate on the team for one full calendar year. After one year we may select a new team member or continue our team the way it currently is. Joining our team is totally voluntary and you are free to resign from the team at anytime. We ask that you let us know your intentions no less than 30 day in advance so that we can have the proper time to look for a replacement. There are many rewards to being apart of a design team! Application requirements: Submit 4 layouts, 2 cards and 1 altered project. Please limit the file size to no more than 100KB each and no larger than 600 x 600 pixels in size; JPG format only. Please list all products and techniques used. Layouts should be 8 1/2x11 or 12x12; one or two page layouts are acceptable, however a 2-page spread is considered to be only 1 layout. All submissions must be original designs and must not have been awarded any prizes (money or product supplies) in any other online contest or design team. In addition to submitting your projects, please answer the following questions to help us learn more about you. All projects and questionnaire should be emailed to info@theredlily.com to complete your consideration on our team. NOTE: Designers may not currently be on Design Teams for any other on-line scrapbooking monthly kit club. Any application not completing the above requirements will not be considered.
